It is not a marketing channel and it is not open. We read every application and admit by hand.
What a place is worth
The landing list, first
Grades, cuts and quantities as they are confirmed each week — posted to the Circle before the site or anyone else sees it.
Allocation priority
When a grade is short — and on king crab it often is — members are served before ad-hoc orders.
Cutting and tasting sessions
Bluefin breakdowns and crab cutting, in person, in Dubai. Small groups, by invitation, no charge to members.
A direct line
Ask about a grade, a cut or a substitution and get an answer from someone who has handled the box, not a call centre.
How admission works

You apply
The form below. It takes a minute, and we ask what you buy so the room stays useful to the people already in it.

We read it
A person, not a filter. If we need to understand your kitchen better we will call you before deciding.

We send the invitation
Privately, to the number you gave us. The link is never posted publicly, and nobody is ever added without asking.
What it is not
- —A broadcast list. It is a small room, and it stays small on purpose.
- —Public. The invitation link is not published anywhere, including on this page.
- —Automatic. Nobody is added without applying, and you can leave at any time.
- —For sale. Your number is used to run the Circle and nothing else.
